This fun run is in honor of Bruce C. Baker, who lost his battle to Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma on May 21, 2011. Bruce was father of Runner Army member, Christopher Baker, and this run gave friends and family a way to honor those who they have lost and will always remember.
We are back for the 3rd installment, and this year’s route consists of New York City Summer Streets, roughly equating 6 miles. We welcome runners of all paces and sizes, and those who are not so inclined to run that far are welcome to meet up with us along the Summer Streets route, or at the after party celebration at PJ Clarke’s on the Hudson.
Date: Saturday, August 3, 2013
Time: 10:00 AM
Course Start: 72nd Street/Park Avenue
After party: PJ Clarke’s on the Hudson
For those who would like to donate to the Lymphoma Research Foundation, please do so here.
